Description
This pizzeria, started by a pizza devotee turned professional, serves fresh pies made using a traditional method. The venue's unique Stefano Ferrara wood-fired brick oven, hand built in Naples, gives the crust a nice char and each pizza a unique flavor. The selection of pies—among them the Nonna, featuring homemade meatballs, and the Pistachianco, with roasted pistachios—are built on a crust made from naturally leavened dough. Vegan options and panini are available, and the main attractions are complemented by salads and "fried treat" appetizers including rice balls stuffed with cheese and sausage and mozzarella with sopressata.
