Voula is a welcoming Greek restaurant done in peachy hues, tucked into a West Village side street. The vibe is modern, but the food is traditional—with soft, juicy grilled octopus, lush moussaka and souvlaki paired with feta-dusted fries. The bread basket is another worthy indulgence, stocked with fresh pita and a big sesame-seed-studded pretzel. Greece is more known for white wines, but look to the Nemea region on the list for excellent reds.
