Co-owners April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman (The Spotted Pig, The Breslin, Salvation Burger) are also involved in the enterprise, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner; get it to go, or take a seat in the casual café. There are filling egg sandwiches, spectacular Cornish pasties, rotisserie chicken, pork sirloin with apple and sage and a sophisticated wine list, making White Gold very unlike your average butcher shop.
