The address of this lovely, bi-level Chinese restaurant is 15 Union Square West but the entrance is around the corner on West 15th Street. It’s worth seeking out for dim sum, such as shrimp dumplings, shu mai topped with delicate crab eggs and Cantonese-style pan-fried pork buns. Food is served all day from 11am to 10pm; after 5pm, the dim sum offerings get edited but the menu expands to include stir-fried wagyu beef, pan-seared fish and steaming bowls of freshly made noodle soup.
