Brooklyn’s Afrikart is a boutique shop selling custom-made and ready-to-wear African clothing, perfumes and fabrics, and much of what they sell is imported directly from Senegal, the birthplace of owner Amadou Diack. In addition to imported and custom clothing, Afrikart offers tailoring services, giving shoppers the opportunity to select a particular fabric and have it transformed into a one-of-a-kind piece of clothing.
