Borgatti’s has been providing the Bronx’s Little Italy with fresh pastas cut to customer specifications for more than 70 years. The shop’s trademark raviolis come with two fillings—ricotta cheese, and meat and spinach ravioli. Shoppers can also pick up flavored egg noodles and specialties like squid ink pasta.
