C.O. Bigelow

Description

The oldest apothecary-pharmacy in the United States, C.O. Bigelow has served the likes of Mark Twain and Liv Tyler from their shop on the edge of the chic West Village. It’s not only a place to pick up hand-made prescriptions, but also a favorite neighborhood gathering place and provider of unique and unusual personal care remedies from around the world—Marvis toothpaste from Italy, Nuxe skincare from France—and from right at home, with Bigelow’s own personal care collection. Some of their problem-solving products have been recreated from their historical formula books dating back to 1838.
