There used to be a custom T-shirt shop in every mall in America, featuring walls lined with groovy iron-ons featuring all sorts of written and visual iconographies. The store Gifted keeps that spirit alive and will print anything at all on an American Apparel garment. Gifted will render written messages on a shirt at the cost of $1 per one-inch letter, or $2 for two-inch letters. Brevity is key if you’re trying to count pennies, but if you feel more flush and verbose, you can opt for a longer tome. An entire image can be printed for $10, and the shop can help commemorate a trip to New York with a one-of-a-kind design, or provide large quantities of tees for reunions, weddings, bachelor parties, promotional events or corporate meetings.
