Hema, which has been open for 10 years, carries Sri Lankan classics you’d be hard-pressed to find in any fancy gourmet store in Manhattan. Customers come from far and near to pick up favorites like Supiri Soy and kalu dodol. If you don’t live in Staten Island, pick up a bag of ginger biscuits for your ferry ride home.
