Opened in 2022 by local artist Ed Kim, Sunnyside Arts is more than just an art supply store; it’s a friendly gathering space for creatives of all ages and abilities. Keen on fostering a community of makers, Kim’s shop hosts workshops on watercolors, woodcarving, block printing and more—all geared towards novices. Special events also include pop-up markets, poetry nights, gallery shows and meet-ups.
