Description
This facility, affectionately nicknamed "the WRAC," was the largest building project in the history of LIU. Opened in 2006, it features a swimming pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, a running track, a weight room and a 2,500-seat arena. In addition to serving as the home court for various Blackbirds teams, the venue has also hosted a number of community events, including the VH1 Hip-Hop Honors Celebrity Hoops game.
