Art blooms in all seasons in New York City, but spring is especially vibrant—thanks in particular to a few outdoor displays and a couple of highly anticipated biennials. New additions on the scene include the Museum of Food and Drink in Dumbo and the Victoria Theater expansion of The Apollo in Harlem; meanwhile, don’t miss exciting seasons at Carnegie Hall and the Joyce or MoMA PS1’s retrospective of Filipina artist Pacita Abad.
