Summer 2025 Arts Guide

A new season brings new exhibits, performances indoors and out and a bevy of other arts-related happenings across the five boroughs. Be on the lookout for classic works by Vermeer at the recently reopened Frick and Shakespearean drama at the just renovated Delacorte Theater in Central Park, plus fresh perspectives on the World's Fair at Queen Museum and free jazz evenings—free as in the cost, not the genre—at Brooklyn Botanic Garden. It's time to go see a show.

SUMMER EXHIBITS IN NYC

Head to museums and galleries for contemporary and classical works, and check out parks for public art displays.

SUMMER PERFORMANCES IN NYC

Whether you are looking for modern dance recitals, outdoor concerts or Shakespeare on a grand stage, you'll find it in NYC.
