This beloved waterside shop is a Red Hook institution, dishing out what some claim is the best key lime pie outside the actual Florida Keys. All of Steve's pies are made using actual key limes (which are now primarily grown in Mexico, rather than Key West), and the pies are available in a variety of sizes. Fans can't stop talking about the "swingle"—a frozen key lime mini-tart, dipped in chocolate and eaten off a Popsicle stick.
