NYC Broadway Week tickets are made available in limited quantities, and the discount is applicable only for select seats at each production’s discretion. Not all seats for the performance are eligible for the 2-for-1 offer (only those noted as such). If you have a problem with a ticket purchase through a third-party site, you must contact the ticketing agency directly (and not New York City Tourism + Conventions) to address the issue. Please ensure that the proper code is applied. The discount will apply and show in your shopping cart prior to purchase. No refunds. All sales are final.
There is a two-ticket minimum per purchase for the NYC Broadway Week discount. Rather than one free ticket for every full-price ticket, all tickets will be issued at 50% off their original price (plus applicable taxes and fees). Your shopping cart will show the exact number of tickets you selected and that you will receive.
Certain seats may be considered upgraded seats because of their location in the theater or higher selling price (outside of this promotion) as compared to other seats (“Upgraded Tickets”). The cost of the Upgraded Tickets is $125 plus service fees. Upgraded Tickets will be clearly marked as an Upgraded Ticket on NYC Tourism’s website, the ticketing purchase page (e.g., Telecharge, Ticketmaster) and/or the theater’s website seating map. Please note, the service fees are determined by the individual show and are up to $17; please refer to the specific show’s websites for the cost of their service fee. Upon checkout, the price for Upgraded Tickets will appear as one cost, likely between $125 and $142, based on the specific service fee of the selected show.
