Description

In this new musical set in San Francisco circa 1986, retired kosher butcher Harry takes a class at the local senior center where his teacher is a young lesbian writing instructor named Barbara. The two seemingly have nothing in common, but when Harry receives an assignment to write a letter to a deceased person from his past, instead of choosing his wife he writes to gay civil rights leader Harvey Milk. What follows is a mixture of “life-changing revelations” for both characters in this funny and heartfelt show.
