America to Zanzibar: Muslim Cultures Near and Far

Celebrate the diversity of Muslim cultures both here at home and around the world as part of the Children’s Museum of Manhattan’s exhibition. Kids can learn about the architecture behind mosques, discover objects and art associated with the culture, create music and partake in a global marketplace where they can barter and sell items. Dance and theater performances, cooking demonstrations and hands-on activities round out the many ways that children and families can become more familiar with the Muslim culture.
