Another Land: After Noguchi

In this showcase of a half dozen photographs of various Noguchi sculptures, Leah Raintree envisions his pieces as if they were objects in deep space. The show takes its name and theme from Noguchi’s 1968 work Another Land, one of Raintree's subjects. That original sculpture is part of a series produced during the late 1960s and early ’70s, when the world was first introduced to images of the earth from space.
