Description

This major exhibition of contemporary Chinese art chronicles the years between 1989 and 2008, a period bookended by the collapse of China’s nationwide democracy movement and the Beijing Olympics, and a time of globalization’s increasing influence on the country. The exhibition will display some 150 works by more than 70 artists on loan from private and public collections around the world.
