To mark Black History Month, Michael A. Jones' true story of legendary black baseball player Josh Gibson returns to Theatre for the New City under the direction of Bette Howard. Dave Roberts (Josh), Daniel Danielson (Satchel Paige), Daphne Danielle (Josh's wife, Hattie), and Charletta Rozell (Grace, Josh's mistress) tell the story of Gibson's life Negro League success and untimely death.
