Description
Lerner and Loewe’s Camelot returns to the Broadway stage with a reimagined take for the 21st century—based off a revised version of Alan Jay Lerner’s original book adapted by Aaron Sorkin (The West Wing, the recent staging of To Kill a Mockingbird). King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table fight for justice and democracy, but King Arthur’s ideals come crumbling down when his wife, Guenevere (Philippa Soo, from Hamilton) falls in love with his favorite knight, Sir Lancelot. Bartlett Sher (South Pacific) directs.
