Description

Celebrate inclusion and diversity through the “Disability Pride, Disability Joy, Exist” art program that encourages artistic expression and acceptance. Led by Annie Nishwani Lachhman, a disabled artist, and Lakshmee Lachhman-Persad, an educator on disability inclusion and accessibility, the event will encourage you to learn about the Disability Pride flags as you explore the various aspects of disability and create your own art. Art supplies are provided; the venue is wheelchair accessible and ASL interpreters will be on hand.
