Description

For this year’s Climate Week, the United Nations Development Programme joins up with EarthX and Pvblic Foundation to bring to life Frankie the Dino as a symbol of concern for the planet. Frankie, an utahraptor (bigger and bulkier than the more familiar velociraptor), started off in the UNDP’s “Don’t Choose Extinction” videos. Now a life-size puppet will be hitting the city streets and attending climate-related events to remind people of the urgency of environmental responsibility. Follow Frankie’s movements on Twitter.
