A specialty of Torino, pizza al padellino, will be offered at Eataly’s kiosk in Flatiron Plaza. This type of pizza, cooked in a pan, is thick and soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. It’ll be the first time Eataly has offered this specialty, which is now popular all over Italy. Four varieties including Margherita and a veggie offering will be available along with Italian sodas.
