Description
Co-organized by MoMA and LACMA, this exhibit of more than 250 works from more than 60 years of the artist’s work marks Ruscha’s first solo show at the museum. Taking inspiration from Ruscha’s drive along Route 66 when he moved from Oklahoma City to Los Angeles, the survey includes paintings, drawings, prints, film, photography and books that trace a changing world through the artist’s eyes.
