Description

Drawing from its own collection, the Brooklyn Museum has assembled more than 100 works in various forms for this timely exhibition. The pieces on display have all been created in response to social and political concerns—from World War I up to the current-day #MeToo movement—by artists who strive to bring equality across race, class and gender. Expect works from Beverly Buchanan, Andy Warhol, Betty Tompkins and many more.
