Description
The Jewish Museum's Hanukkah plans include family programming and a display of the museum's Hanukkah lamps in the Scenes from the Collection gallery. Among the events: Hanukkah Family Day (December 15), two concerts by Nefesh Mountain (December 25) and a Luminous Painted Scenes art workshop (December 22–27, 29 and 30) during which children 3 and older can paint on canvas boards, inspired by the works of Jacob Lawrence, Stuart Davis and Georgia O’Keeffe.
