Harlem Holiday Windows

This event has already occurred

Description

North of Fifth Avenue’s iconic department store displays, visitors can discover even more festive windows decorated for the holiday season. Harlem’s Lenox Avenue (between 117th and 127th Streets) is decked out with window displays representing celebrations such as Three Kings Day, Ramadan, Kwanzaa and Harlem Week. Students from the Fashion Institute of Technology created the displays, which will be on view at popular local businesses including Harlem Shake and Corner Social. A special kickoff event on November 29 promises live music, a tour of the windows and more free, family-friendly activities.
