Kindred Solidarities: Queer Community and Chosen Families

This group exhibition showcases the role of familial structures—and the building block of allyship rather than genetics—in the queer community. Jamie Diamond, Andrea Geyer, Nan Goldin, David Kelley, Larry Krone, Kalup Linzy, Carlos Motta and Christopher Udemezue are among the artists highlighted. Each artist uses their preferred medium to explore emotional bonds, individual histories, queer kinship and chosen families.
