Description

Ocean-conservation nonprofit Project 0 has partnered with La Mer, the famed skincare brand, on La Mer Wave Walk, a series of 50 wave sculptures placed throughout the five boroughs in an effort to raise awareness about the planet's oceans. Notables including Julian Schnabel, Cara Delevingne, Bruce Weber, Sienna Miller and Vivienne Westwood created the works, which, following their display, will be auctioned off on Paddle8 to raise money for the La Mer Blue Heart Oceans Fund for Project 0, helping to support marine protected areas around the world. For more details on where to find the art and how to contribute, visit lamer.com/nyc-wave-walk.
