Description

Lackawanna Blues, Manhattan Theatre Club’s return to the live stage, is written, performed and directed by Ruben Santiago-Hudson—with musical accompaniment by guitarist Junior Mack, who plays Bill Sims Jr.’s original score. Santiago-Hudson celebrates the life of Miss Rachel, the woman who raised him in a 1950s boarding house near Buffalo, and plays more than 20 characters to bring the story to life.
