Los Lobos

Self-proclaimed as “just another band from East LA,” Los Lobos released a string of impeccable rock albums between the mid-1980s and early ’90s that mixed barroom rock, Texas-style blues and Mexican folk music. Their career dates well before that and they’ve continued to release music and put on lively shows; this free family concert (read: it starts in the afternoon), part of Celebrate Brooklyn, should be no exception.
