Description
In 1960s Brooklyn, the Muscolino household is dominated by its hotheaded, domineering father. But the four women of the house—sisters Francesca, Jean and Nina and their mother, Anna—each long to take the world on their own terms. Only when a tragic plane crash turns their neighborhood upside down do they begin to search for the voices to express their feelings. Gordon Edelstein (The Road to Mecca), artistic director of Long Wharf Theatre, directs this play, written by emerging playwright Meghan Kennedy (Too Much, Too Much, Too Many).
