Description

One of the cornerstones of the museum's sesquicentennial celebrations, this exhibition explores the many roles that colors play. Among the questions addressed are: why do some animals benefit from standing out, while others remain safe via camouflage and where do the colors in diamonds and rainbows come from? Further, The Nature of Color explores the role that light plays in seeing color.
