April is about to get heated with this celebration of all things hot sauce. The expo will feature vendors from around the world selling their hot sauces as well as such events as the Spicy Bagel of DOOM and the Pizza of Hell challenges. A Bloody Mary Mix-Down and a sampling of craft beers and cocktails will do their best to cool you down. Don’t miss the “Screaming Mi Mi” awards to see if your favorite hot sauce is crowned in one of 13 categories.
