Description
Composer Laura Kaminsky curates an evening of modern songs by female composers and librettists, including the world premiere of the song “After Stonewall,” set to the poems of Elaine Sexton, and the New York premiere of song cycle Fierce Grace: Jeannette Rankin. The performance is a collaboration between the Five Boroughs Music Festival, the New York Festival of Song and the LGBT Community Center.
