Pasta Making and Truffle Shaving Class

The Upper East Side’s Ristorante Morini celebrates white truffle season with this Saturday afternoon class that includes learning the art of shaving truffles, how to make handmade pasta—where you’ll make three different shapes—and a pasta and wine-tasting luncheon. The event lasts 11:30am–2:30pm and costs $125 per person.
