This event has already occurred
Description
Photographer Arlene Gottfried always had a camera in her hand and captured much of New York City’s transformation in the last decades of the 20th century. This exhibition celebrates Gottfried’s photography, with 30 of her works that depict New York City—from the gospel singers of Harlem and summer crowds in Coney Island to Midtown nightclubs and the then-gritty Lower East Side.
