Sea Shanty Session

Staten Island’s Noble Maritime Collection preserves the art, writings and historical artifacts of noted maritime artist John A. Noble, and by extension promotes the New York City waterfront, more specifically Snug Harbor. On one Sunday each month through August 2019, the museum hosts a musical event where visitors can hear maritime songs in an authentic historic setting. The Folk Music Society of New York performs, and visitors are encouraged to sing along at this family-friendly concert.
