We Are Each Other, the first comprehensive survey of Sonya Clark's communal projects, is dedicated to the Black experience in America. Also on view are a selection of Clark's photographs, prints and sculpture, including five large-scale, collaborative projects, a highlight of which is her barrier-breaking The Hair Craft Project. Clark's work was part of Second Lives: Remixing the Ordinary, which inaugurated the museum's Columbus Circle location, but this is the artist's first New York City solo show.
