Talks of the Town

Historic Richmond Town presents Talks of the Town, a series that brings speakers, experts and facilitators together to highlight Staten Island and New York City history. On March 27, the authors of Discovering Staten Island: Treasures and Untold Stories, Lori R. Weintrob and Heather M. Butts, shine a light on notable Staten Islanders such as Cornelius Vanderbilt, Greta Moulton and Robert Gould Shaw, as well as lesser-known contributors. On May 29, another Talks of the Town event presents experts reflecting on Staten Island loyalism to Great Britain during the American Revolution.
