Rube Goldberg's seven-decade career as an artist, illustrator and cartoonist gets its first retrospective since 1970 at the Queens Museum. Comprised of over 70 original drawings and sketches along with video interviews, books, magazines and other materials, this comprehensive exhibit looks at Goldberg's influence over American popular culture and political opinion with his wide-range of work; including everything from the wacky contraptions that made his name to the political cartoons he created which addressed issues of peace in the Middle East.
