Description

The Tribeca Film Festival celebrates Pride with a day of films, panels and discussions on LGBTQ+ representation in media. This special day-long presentation celebrates the 50th anniversary of Stonewall with appearances by filmmaker John Cameron Mitchell, playwright Larry Kramer, actor and producer Neil Patrick Harris, along with other out agents, actors, activists, producers and even members of Congress like Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta (Pa.). It all culminates with the world premiere of the HBO documentary Wig, produced by Harris, which takes a look at drag through the Wigstock festival. You'll want to stick around for the afterparty with drag performances from NYC legends Lady Bunny and Flotilla DeBarge.
