A yearlong exhibition celebrating Jackie Robinson, the first African-American to play for a Major League Baseball team and one of the sport’s all-time greats, has opened at Brooklyn Heights’ Brooklyn Historical Society. The show will feature archival materials, memorabilia and photographs from Robinson’s time with the Brooklyn Dodgers.
