Uptown at Columbia University’s Wallach Art Gallery

Columbia University’s Wallach Art Gallery presents its new triennial Uptown, exhibiting the work of established artists alongside emerging ones—all who live or work north of 99th Street. The aim is to celebrate and expose the world to artists from neighborhoods like Harlem, El Barrio and Washington Heights. Twenty-five artists’ works will be represented here, and other neighboring museums and galleries will be offering programming to coincide with the Uptown theme.
