Veiled Meanings: Fashioning Jewish Dress

This exhibit at the Jewish Museum, in partnership with the Israel Museum, explores the diversity of Jewish identity through an extensive collection of textiles and apparel. The clothing on display was sourced from more than 20 countries and dates from recent times back to the 18th century, making it a captivating lens through which to view the evolution of dress and tradition.
