Description
Jewish immigrants and their traditions made a lasting impact on American cuisine. This exhibit showcases the role of Jewish delis and how they became integral to the country’s food, culture and society. Signs, menus, ads and uniforms that originated with the Skirball Center’s presentation of this exhibit are showcased alongside menus, decorations and more from the New-York Historical Society's collection.
