Women at Work: Labor Activism

This film series highlights women’s struggle for equal rights in the workplace through documentaries and narrative films. Norma Rae, Silkwood and The Gold Diggers are among the scheduled films. The documentaries; subjects include World World II factory workers, union organizers during the Depression and coal miners on strike in the 1970s.
