Kick off the two-week fest with a hot-chocolate bash January 17 at Ladurée Soho, and celebrate through the festival's end on February 3 with inventive takes on the cold-weather cup from shops like Patisserie Chanson, Petrossian Bakery and Dominique Ansel Kitchen, all made using Valrhona chocolate. A portion of proceeds go to Food Tank, a nonprofit working to reform the global food system.
